Hello, I am Rogansam for your help related to your Ricoh Printer so, A frequent problem is a my ricoh printer is offline. SNMP and WMI are two well-known protocols that can be used to find out the condition of a Ricoh printer. Because of this, if your printer is unable to connect to certain protocols, it may show an inaccurate printer status and cease printing. Over SNMP, WMI is the more trustworthy of the two protocols. Therefore, if your printer is currently using the SNMP protocol to Print and Share, you can fix the Ricoh Printer offline issue by switching to the WMI approach.
